The National Post has signed on as the first principal sponsor of the Toronto Board of Trade. During the three-year term of the agreement, the National Post will be the official daily newspaper of the local business organization. "It's a great match," said the board's president Glen Grunwald. "The National Post will be able to offer more insight to its readers, and our board will be a more effective voice for the Toronto business community." The newspaper will have a presence at board events and facilities. The board will receive space in the paper to communicate with readers about its activities. Board members will receive special offers from the Post, free copies of the paper at board facilities and access to the National Post Lounge at First Canadian Place.
