New communications manager at Women in Film and Television

Women in Film and Television - Toronto has appointed Christine Amendola to the position of communications manager. Amendola spent the last five years as the media relations manager at the Global Television Network. Prior to that, she was a writer and editor at Maclean Hunter, the Globe and Mail and Southam. The organization's previous communications manager, Lynnette Gryseels, has been promoted to programming manager. Women in Film and Television is a professional organization that seeks to advance women in screen-based media.
