Splash Publicity opens in Toronto

A new company called Splash Publicity has opened in Toronto. The agency will specialize in publicity services for the entertainment industry. It is headed by Holly Cybulski, publicity and promotions manager. The company is a spin-off of Splash Event Management, the services of which are also aimed at the entertainment industry.
