ICI Paints sends more work to Capital C

Toronto-based Capital C has been retained by ICI Paints of Cleveland, OH to handle a North American assignment. The agency will develop a brand name, positioning, packaging and marketing campaign for an unidentified product. The campaign will be aimed at consumers and retailers. Capital C received the project based on the success of a similar initiative it conducted for ICI last year.
