Air Canada promotes prepaid passes

Air Canada began a new campaign this week to promote its Watch the Sun Pass, a prepaid package of six one-way flight credits for travel to a number of popular destinations. The campaign was created by Marketel Communications and is being conducted through CanWest MediaWorks. It consists of advertising on the Canada.com website and on Global Television morning news programs in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and BC. The ads promote the passes and encourage viewers to visit the AirCanada.com website to enter a draw for one of five pairs of passes. The airline recently conducted a similar campaign to promote its North American Unlimited Pass.
