CTV begins Hilary Duff promotion

CTV entertainment program eTalk Daily has signed a deal with Universal Music Canada making it the exclusive media partner for an upcoming tour by pop singer Hilary Duff. The agreement includes a series of interviews with the program, plus branding on tickers for Duff's 19-city Canadian tour. CTV will also conduct a two-week contest to support the deal. The grand prize winner will receive a trip for three to Victoria to see the first concert of the tour on Jan. 4, 2006, plus accommodations and spending money. Other prizes will include tickets to other concerts in the tour, as well as Hilary Duff CDs. Viewers can enter the contest at <http://etalk.ctv.ca>.
