Hill & Knowlton hires Spencer

Jennifer Spencer has joined Hill & Knowlton Canada as senior counselor in the agency's health and pharmaceuticals practice in Ottawa. Spencer has most recently been working for the Public Health Agency of Canada on consultations concerning public health goals. Prior to that, she led communications at Canadian Blood Services. In 1993, she founded public relations agency Veritas Communications.
