Kaboose promotes new Canadian site

Toronto-based Kaboose is promoting the launch of its new Canadian website Kaboose.ca with an email campaign and contest called "Follow the Moose to Kaboose." The site is aimed at children and parents. The Flash-based email, developed in-house, shows a moose emerging from a young girl's computer monitor. The moose then leads the girl through the screen to the site. Visitors to the site can enter a draw for a trip for four to Montreal, plus weekly draws for Hewlett Packard digital cameras, reading packages from Random House Canada, software from Microsoft Canada, and product packages from Ganong, Nestle Canada and Hershey Canada. The contest began last week and will run until July 28.
