The Toronto-based Canadian Marketing Association has issued a call for entries for its 2005 CMA Awards, which recognize achievement in "results-based marketing." Awards will be distributed in 20 this year, including interactive media, integrated multi-media, customer management, brand advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and public relations. To be eligible, campaigns must have run in Canada within the last 18 months or been developed by Canadian agencies for Canadian clients running campaigns outside the country during the same time period. The deadline for entries is July 21. The awards will be presented on Nov. 25 in Toronto.
