What If? Magazine begins expansion effort

What If? Canada's Fiction Magazine for Teens, based in Guelph, ON, has begun an effort to increase its circulation by sending classroom packages about the publication to every high school in Ontario. The two-year-old magazine publishes submissions from young Canadian writers, poets, cartoonists, photographers and artists. The magazine is advised and editorially directed by a board of young people. This expansion effort is being funded by a grant from the Canada Magazine Fund. Each package will include a classroom guide that will illustrate where the content of the current issue overlaps the school curriculum, thereby making the magazine into a tool for English, media, visual arts and writing teachers.
