O'Connor joins Thornley Fallis

Public relations firm Thornley Fallis Communications of Ottawa has hired Shelagh O'Connor as a senior consultant. Previously, she was executive assistant to the Parliamentary Secretary of the Minister of International Cooperation. Over the past 15 years, she has also worked at Hill & Knowlton, Association House and Nokia.
