LEO BURNETT BRINGS ARC TO CANADA

Marketing services firm Arc Worldwide, an affiliate of Leo Burnett Worldwide, has begun a Canadian operation. Leo Burnett Canada's interactive division, iLeo, has been renamed Arc Worldwide. The Arc division, formed in the US earlier this year, handles work in four areas: direct and database marketing, interactive marketing, shopper marketing and promotional activities. The Canadian arm will be led by Richard Bernstein, the managing director of iLeo Canada since 2003. "Today's clients require an integrated approach to engaging customers that is focused on driving sales," said Bernstein. "We believe Arc Worldwide is the only global network that can deliver this approach across the complete range of marketing disciplines." Clients of Arc in Canada include Zellers, Moosehead Breweries, Visa Canada and Kellogg.
