OBUS FORME PROMOTES ERGONOMIC BACKPACK

Toronto-based Obus Forme has released a 30-second television commercial to promote a product called the Comfort Support System backpack. The animated ad, aimed at young people, is airing on MuchMusic and Musique Plus. The ad, called "The Evolution of the Backpack," depicts teenagers in the 1930s, 70s and 90s wearing uncomfortable backpacks. The ad was created by CityTV. It will run until Sept. 5. Future advertising from Obus Forme will include a holiday season television campaign. Public relations for Obus Forme are handled by The Idea Workshop of Toronto.
