TD CANADA TRUST HOLDS CONTEST

TD Canada Trust is in the midst of its contest for customers who open a personal or small business chequing account. The contest began on May 31 and will end on Aug. 31. Openers of new accounts receive 10 ballots for the contest. Additional ballots can be earned by performing online banking transactions through the firm's Web site EasyWeb. The contest is being promoted with in-store materials and at the Web site. In addition to the grand prize of $100,000, 200 secondary prizes will also be distributed.
