BELL BEGINS CITY CHASE PROMOTION

InField Marketing Group of Toronto is executing a promotion for Bell Canada called the 2004 Bell City Chase. Events will take place in a number of Canadian cities. Each will be a combination of obstacle course and scavenger hunt. Two hundred and fifty teams of two will compete in actibities that will incorporate the products and services of sponsors. These sponsors include Wrigley Canada, Snapple, The Running Room, WestJet and Volvo Cars. The initiative has already taken place in Vancouver. Future events will take place in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City and Halifax. Participants in each city will compete for regional prizes. The top winner from each regional event will compete at a national championship between Sept. 10 and 12 at an unknown location. Promotional is being provided by media outlets in each city. Public relations are being handled by Kaufman Communications of Toronto.
