CANADIAN BLOOD SERVICES HIRES ARNOLD WORLDWIDE

Canadian Blood Services has appointed Arnold Worldwide Canada its new agency of record. The Ottawa-based organization began an agency review in mid-January. Three finalists made it to the shortlist: Arnold, J. Walter Thompson Social and incumbent firm Jan Kelley Marketing with Grey Direct & Interactive. Arnold will be responsible for advertising, brand marketing, direct marketing, CRM and interactive marketing. Canadian Blood Services is a not-for-profit organization that manages the country's blood supply. It operates 42 permanent collection sites and approximately 15,000 donor clinics annually.
