FULCRUM BUYS MAGAZINE, TRADE SHOW FROM JUNEWARREN

Toronto-based Fulcrum Publications has acquired Octane Magazine and the CARWACS trade show from JuneWarren Publishing. No financial details are known. Octane is a retail petroleum magazine. The Canadian Automobile Refueling, Washing and C-Store Show is an annual trade show and conference. Fulcrum operates the magazine Your Convenience Manager, a Web site called ConvenienceCentral.ca and an industry forum called Convenience U.
