KETCHUM PROMOTES ONE, HIRES ONE

Ketchum Public Relations has promoted Franca Miraglia to associate director in addition to her position of senior vice-president. Sherry Boisvert has been hired as a senior account executive. Miraglia has been at the agency for two years. Boisvert recently completed a contract with MGA Media.
