Helen Giontsis has been promoted to vice-president of the rewards travel business. Susan Miller has become vice-president of the membership marketing division. Phil Barrett has been promoted to group account director. Ara Merzikian has been made account director. Patricia Yim has been promoted to senior director of finance.
