FCB HIRES AND PROMOTES

Andrea Chan has joined FCB as administrative assistant. Vicki Orlewicz has joined FCB Interactive as an account supervisor. Scott McPherson has been promoted to business director of the Ontario Tourism account. Andy Houghton has been promoted to account director of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership staff. David Ambtman has been promoted to account supervisor of the Ontario Tourism business. Annie Seyffert has been promoted to account co-ordinator of several accounts.
