CHOICE HOTELS BEGINS FREE NIGHT PROMOTION

Choice Hotels Canada of Mississauga has begun a promotion called "Stay Twice, Earn a Free Night," aimed at members of the chain's Choice Club Plus loyalty program. Members who stay on two separate occasions at a Choice Hotel will receive sufficient loyalty points to gain a free night on a future stay. The promotion will run until April 4. National and regional print advertising, plus radio commercials, direct mail and an email campaign are supporting the offer. The print and radio creative was done by MacKinnon Calderwood Advertising of Mississauga. The direct mail and email is being handled in-house. Choice Hotels operates approximately 270 properties in Canada under the names Comfort, Comfort Suites, Quality, Clarion, Sleep Inn, Econo Lodge and Rodeway.
