LOWE ROCHE STAFFERS WIN CHARITY RACE

Malcolm McLean and Tricia Ellis of Lowe Roche were the winning team in the "Ad-mazing Race" fundraising event last week. Teams from eleven Toronto advertising agencies competed in a race through downtown Toronto, with the proceeds from entrance fees and pledges going to the United Way. The event raised $45,000 for the charity. Faraz Gholizadeh and Ken Cole from FCB Toronto finished in second place, while Florena Angelucci and Sid Wilson from Cossette Communication Group finished third. The event was organized by employees of Cossette. According to the organizers, the race may return next year.
