PHOTOCHANNEL RETAINS TANGENT

PhotoChannel Networks of Vancouver has hired Tangent Management, also of Vancouver, to design and implement a public and investor relations strategy. PhotoChannel is a digital imaging company. Tangent has been hired for a 12-month term. Steve Smith, co-principal of Tangent, said it was a connection between contacts at the companies that led to PhotoChannel hiring Tangent.
