GLOBEINVESTORGOLD.COM BEGINS DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN

Globeinvestorgold.com is using direct mail to support its current advertising campaign. This is the second major marketing effort for the investment Web site since its launch in December 2001. The direct mail piece is based on an execution from Globeinvestorgold.com's print advertising creative, done by one company of Toronto. That creative showed scenes in which items had been labeled with the stock symbols of the companies that made them. The direct mail piece, which shows a diner scene, is intended to test recipients' knowledge of stock symbols by inviting them to match stickers with the corresponding items. The answers can be confirmed at the <http://www.globeinvestorgold.com> Web site. Distribution of the piece to approximately 100,000 homes in Canada, excluding Quebec, began late last week. Globeinvestorgold.com will follow the direct mail effort with inserts in 300,000 Bell Canada phone bills and 500,000 ExpressVu bills early next month.
