CLEAR CHANNEL PROMOTES WHITE

Clear Channel Outdoor Canada has promoted Freeman White to vice-president of sales development. White has been with the out-of-home advertising company since October 2000. He was previously business development manager. He replaces Garfield Ogilvie, who has been promoted to national sales development manager for Clear Channel's airport division.
