The e-Content Institute has moved its public relations account to Ketchum Public Relations of Toronto. Ketchum received the agency of record assignment through a referral. Previously the work was handled in-house. Toronto-based e-Content is an association of organizations in the electronic content industry. Its members include Bowdens Media Monitoring, Communications Canada, Canada NewsWire, Databeacon Inc., Bell Globemedia Interactive, Infomart, Microsoft Canada and Statistics Canada.
