THE HOCKEY COMPANY SIGNS MORE SPOKESPEOPLE

The Hockey Company of Westmount, PQ has signed Tampa Bay Lightning center Vincent Lecavalier as a spokesperson for its JOFA brand. Vancouver Canucks Daniel and Henrik Sedin will also represent the brand during the 2002/2003 season. The company has also signed Eric Dazé of the Chicago Blackhawks and Tom Poti of the New York Rangers as spokespeople for its KOHO line. Dazé and Poti, along with Tony Amonte of the Phoenix Coyotes and Jaromir Jagr of the Washington Capitals, will appear in print media and other communications for KOHO. Advertising for JOFA and KOHO is done by Saint-Jacques Vallee Young & Rubicam of Montreal. Last week the company signed Jason Allison of the L.A. Kings, Tomas Kaberle of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Brad Stuart of the San Jose Sharks and Mark Recchi of the Philadelphia Flyers to appear in consumer and trade communications and make public appearances for the CCM brand.
