QUEBECOR APPOINTS CEO OF INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Commercial printer Quebecor World has appointed Michel Desbiens chief executive officer of international operations. Desbiens will be responsible for the company's operations outside of North America. He will also be a member of the office of the CEO, which oversees the strategic direction and development of the company. Previously Desbiens was president and chief executive officer of Donohue Inc.
