PEPSI-LIPTON RELEASES NEW SPOT IN CANADA

The Pepsi-Lipton Tea Partnership, which markets the Lipton Iced Tea and Lipton Brisk brands, has released a new television commercial for Lipton Brisk in Canada. The 60-second spot debuted in the U.S. during the Super Bowl. It was created by J. Walter Thompson of New York and depicts a number of Lipton Brisk puppets getting fired because "Lipton Brisk iced tea tastes so good, it sells itself." The ad will run in Canada until July 7. Public relations for Pepsi-Cola Canada Ltd. are handled by Praxis Public Relations of Mississauga.
