Montreal-based Boomerang Tracking Inc. has promoted Linda Farha to vice-president of marketing and communications and Serge Laporte to vice-president of sales and international business development. Most recently Farha was director of marketing, communications and investor relations. Laporte was previously vice-president of sales and marketing.
