SHEEHY TO RETIRE FROM STARCOM MEDIAVEST

Terry Sheehy will retire from his position as chairman of the Starcom MediaVest Group at the end of this year. SMG is the media services holding company of Bcom3 Group. He will continue to be involved with the media group as a business development consultant. Starcom's managing director Scott Neslund will manage Starcom's operations.
