MARSHALL FENN PROMOTES ONE, HIRES FIVE

Marshall Fenn Communications has promoted Oren Switzer-Tal from account director to vice-president and account group director. Switzer-Tal has been with the Toronto-based communications firm since 1999, working primarily on the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation and Casino Rama accounts. Also, the agency has hired some new emplyees: account director Kelly Armstrong, art director Jeff Wilbee, account executive Shari Salter and junior art director Rick Perri. Armstrong and Salter were previously at FCB. Wilbee was most recently at Leo Burnett. Perri is a recent graduate of the OCA. Tim Heintzman joined the agency earlier this year as creative director. He was previously at Two Door Communications.
