CHUM TELEVISION NAMES VANCOUVER GENERAL MANAGER

CHUM Television has appointed Brad Phillips vice-president and general manager of its recently-acquired Vancouver local television station CKVU. He will be responsible for the station's day-to-day operations. Most recently Phillips operated his own Vancouver-based media consulting company. He has also been vice-president and general manager of Toronto radio stations 104.5 CHUM-FM and 1050 CHUM-AM and program director of Z93.5 FM in Vancouver.
