MAVERICK WINS THREE CLIENTS, RE-DESIGNS WEB SITE

Maverick Public Relations of Toronto has been named the agency of record for Sage Consultants, Fincentric and AdBank TV. Sage, a division of Envoy Communications, is a consulting company. It has hired Maverick to reposition its brand in Canada and handle its media relations program. Maverick was one of an unknown number of agencies pitching for the business. Vancouver-based Fincentric is an enterprise financial services software company. It has hired Maverick to handle its North American media program based on a referral from one of the agency's existing clients. AdBank TV is a media brokerage house. It has hired Maverick to develop a global public relations strategy. AdBank also gave its business to Maverick based on referral. The account wins are being publicized on Maverick's re-designed Web site at <http://www.maverickpr.com>. The site also promotes the agency's extended client services in marketing communications, field marketing support, brand communications, speech writing, Web site copy and editing and special event planning. According to Maverick, the extended service offerings complement the agency's core services of corporate communications, product launches and promotions and North American media relations. The site re-design was done by Prescient Media, the interactive division of Toronto-based Holmes and Lee.
