ECHO ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS FOR LORD OF THE RINGS EXHIBIT

Toronto-based Echo Advertising & Marketing is promoting "A Journey to Middle Earth" with a multimedia campaign. The exhibit displays artifacts from the motion picture "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring", which opens in Canada on December 19. The exhibit is being produced by Alliance Atlantis Motion Picture Distribution. It will run from October 31 to November 11 at Casa Loma in Toronto, the only city in North America that will host the exhibit. Print ads in Toronto's major daily papers as well as radio, television and outdoor advertising broke last week. Sponsors of "A Journey to Middle Earth" include Harper Collins Canada Ltd., The Toronto Star, Burger King Restaurants of Canada, Air Canada, Mix 99.9 FM, CFRB AM 1010, Showcase Television and HMV.
