CAROLINE MURPHY TO REPRESENT ESTÉE LAUDER

New York-based Estée Lauder has signed supermodel Caroline Murphy to represent the cosmetics and skincare company as the "face" of the Estée Lauder brand. Actress Elizabeth Hurley has appeared in advertising for Estée Lauder's fragrance, makeup and skincare products for the past seven years. According to the company, Hurley will continue to represent the Estée Lauder brand in an "updated, more focused capacity that allows for the increasing demands of her acting and producing career." She will continue to appear in fragrance ads will continue to make personal appearances on behalf of the company. Murphy's first advertising campaign with Estée Lauder will break in January 2002. She will appear in ads for the company's makeup and skincare products.
