SHROPSHIRE JOINS DCC

Bob Shropshire has been appointed managing director of DCC Communications' Toronto office. Shropshire will assume responsibility for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the agency. He joins DCC from Leo Burnett where he was vice-president and group head.
