HARRY ROSEN LAUNCHES CANCER INITIATIVE

In support of National Prostate Cancer Awareness Week Toronto-based mens retailer Harry Rosen is launching a national in-store awareness campaign. In addition to donating a percentage of this weeks sales to local and national charities supporting prostate cancer research, Harry is launching an awareness initiative in its store windows. The retailer is urging men to learn more about the disease through posters, in-store promotional materials and a two-page article in the fall issue of its harry magazine, being sent to over 90,000 Canadian men. The campaign's awareness materials will feature the retailer's Web site address (http://www.harryrosen.com), where the two-page article will also appear. Customers will also have the opportunity to make a donation to a local or national charity of their choice through in-store donation boxes. Harry's design firm, Hambly & Woolley of Toronto, created the campaign's promotional materials and posters.
