MONSTER.CA BUILDS ON "WHEN I GROW UP" CAMPAIGN
By Adnews Staff
Montreal-based Monster.ca broke its latest television ad campaign this morning in conjunction with the opening ceremonies of the Sydney Olympic Games. The online recruitment Web site is a sponsor of the Olympics broadcast and will run a trio of new spots throughout the Sydney Games. According to Gabriel Bouchard, vice president and general manager of Monster.ca, the strategy behind the ads is to build upon Monster.ca's successful "When I Grow Up" campaign that originally launched in February of this year. That campaign featured the tagline "There's a Better Job Out There" and was part of a brand awareness initiative for the Web site. The new spots are designed to support Monster.ca's position in the online job industry. Advertising for Monster.ca is done by Publicité Martin of Montreal. Public relations are handled by Continental Technologies of Toronto.
