SEBASTIAN CONSULTANCY ADMIRING GREAT ARTWORK

A new outdoor advertising campaign for Natrel of Longueuil, Quebec features milk in two works of art by Renoir and Lawrence Alma-Tadema. The campaign, from Toronto-based The Sebastian Consultancy, depicts a glass of milk placed in each painting so that it blends in with the scenes. Renoir's "A Writing Lesson" shows a quiet moment between a woman and a small child. Alma-Tadema's "Expectations" shows a women in a flowing white dress seated on a stone bench, looking out to some islands offshore. The headline for both executions reads "The World of Natrel", followed by the tagline "The Milks of Human Kindness." The campaign broke mid-March in major markets across Ontario and runs until the end of April. Natrel, which markets a line of milk products, is a division of Agropur.
