HPCA LAUNCHES ANNUAL COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTORY

The Halton-Peel Communciations Association has announced the release of its 2000 Directory of Communications Specialists. The 2000 directory is the HPCA's largest-ever with 40 listings of independent professionals who freelance services such as graphic design, public relations, Web design, writing and video production.
