TSI APPOINTS FIRST AOR

Thermal Standards Inc. of Arnprior, Ontario has appointed, without a review, its first advertising agency-of-record. McGill Buckley Inc. of Ottawa will be responsible for TSI's communication planning, media buying, advertising, Web site development, public relations, direct marketing and trade show management. The agency has recently launched its first work for TSI, a print campaign running in insurance publications across North America. The agency has also been working with TSI on the upcoming launch of the company's Web site and has been grooming TSI for participation in the Risk Insurance Managers Society Conference taking place in San Francisco in late April. McGill Buckley is the first AOR for TSI since the company was founded in the fall of 1999. Stephen McGill, president and creative director of McGill Buckley said TSI's two major targets are trucking and insurance companies. TSI is creating a North American database of commercial vehicle test results. The company uses thermal imaging cameras to analyze vehicles from the side of the road as the vehicles drive by.
