New CEO at Bond Brand Loyalty

Bond Brand Loyalty of Toronto has appointed Morana Bakula to the position of chief executive officer. She also remains president of the firm. Bakula joined the company in 2012 as a customer experience strategist and became president in 2023. She has also worked at State Farm, Fifth P Solutions and KPMG. Outgoing Bond CEO Bob Macdonald has become chairman of the board.
