International Experience Canada begins campaign
By Rob Bale

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has begun a marketing campaign for its International Experience Canada program. The program assists young Canadians to travel internationally to gain work experience. The campaign promotes the “life-changing opportunities” participants can encounter through the program. It consists of exhibits in food courts and dining halls in Toronto and Vancouver, accompanied by a digital presentation at <https://www.iecadventure.ca>. The exhibits offer information about the program’s activities in Belgium, Finland, Italy, South Korea and New Zealand.
“This campaign is about more than just promoting work and travel abroad,” said Marc Miller, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship. “It is about unlocking possibilities for young Canadians so that they have the chance to gain the skills and experiences they need to be competitive in today's job market. Through accessible and immersive exhibits and digital content, we hope to inspire them to discover the IEC program and seize the opportunities that will shape their personal and professional growth.”
