Pizza Hut debuts PIZZAWRMR

Fast food chain Pizza Hut Canada has begun a promotion featuring a device called the “PIZZAWRMR.” The device is a sleeve that uses the excess heat from a video game console to keep slices of pizza warm when eating while playing. The company has made the design for the sleeve available for download at <http://www.pizzahutpizzawarmer.ca> so that consumers with 3D printers can produce their own copies. The brand conducted a livestream event on Twitch on Oct. 29 that demonstrated the product. The promotion also includes a contest component, the winners of which will receive Pizza Hut merchandise. Pizza Hut Canada is a subsidiary of Yum Brands.
