Call2Recycle conducts national campaign

Call2Recycle Canada, a company specializing in battery collection and recycling, has begun a national campaign that encourages consumers to recycle used batteries. The campaign, developed by Scratch, features soccer player Christine Sinclair. The creative focuses on battery recycling as a way to help protect the environment. It also includes a contest component with cash prizes. The initiative includes television advertising on specialty channels, as well as digital materials on YouTube. Meta, TikTok and other services. Media work is being handled by Twenty6two International and Hotspex Media.

“Christine Sinclair is uniquely capable of inspiring Canadians from coast to coast,” said Jordan Covens, director of marketing at Call2Recycle Canada. “As a dedicated member of the national team and an Olympic champion, she has demonstrated to Canadians that there is no goal that cannot be achieved if we all work together. The same goes for protecting the environment. We’re confident that her message will resonate with Canadians and help create a more sustainable future.”
