Safehaven begins awareness campaign

Safehaven, a Toronto-based not-for-profit organization that works to support children it describes as “medically complex,” has begun a new awareness campaign called “Where Hope Lives.” Developed by The Local Collective, the campaign focuses on the personal stories of such children. It consists of television, cinema and online video advertising, out-of-home executions and content marketing with the Toronto Star. Media work was handled by M&K, with public relations from Heads & Tails.
“This creative campaign represents a breakthrough in educating Torontonians about the one percent of medically complex children in our communities by inspiring them to engage with compassion and understanding,” said Susan Bisaillon, CEO of Safehaven. “Their stories remind us of our shared humanity and the profound impact we can make when we choose to listen, learn and support those who need it most.”
