Ivey joins Horizon Media

Toronto-based Horizon Media Canada has appointed Richard Ivey to the position of executive vice-president. He will be responsible for business development and client support. Ivey was most recently chief investment officer at Media Experts, the agency at which he has spent the last 25 years.
