Pizza Pizza signs BC Place sponsorship

Fast food chain Pizza Pizza has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Vancouver stadium BC Place, football team the BC Lions and soccer team the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. The company will be the official pizza sponsor of the three. Pizza Pizza recently conducted a promotional event at BC Place during the first BC Lions game of the season. In addition to selling pizza in the venue, the company will also operate its “Score a Slice” promotion there, during which attendees can win free slices of pizza when certain game events happen.
“We are so excited to finalize our new partnership with BC Place, the Lions and the Whitecaps FC as it allows Pizza Pizza to deepen our engagement with this amazing community,” said Amber Winters, senior director of marketing at Pizza Pizza. “We believe everyone deserves pizza, so we're pumped for the fans in BC to enjoy a hot and fresh slice of Pizza Pizza during a game, concert or event.”
