McMillan, S3 Agency merge

Ottawa-based creative agency McMillan and New Jersey-based firm The S3 Agency have merged their operations. The companies have been working in collaboration for the past year. The new entity will operate under a single name, yet to be announced, at an unspecified future time. S3 co-founders Denise Blasevick and Adam Schnitzler have become chief executive officer and chief operations officer of the new company, respectively. McMillan founder Gordon McMillan has become chief creative officer. S3’s clients include BMW North America, Franklin Mutual Insurance, the Robb Report, Rao’s Homemade and Reworld. McMillan’s clients include Intuit, United Rentals, FLO EV Charging, Schneider Electric, Trend Micro and Dun & Bradstreet.

“From the moment we were introduced by a mutual colleague in the creative industry, it was clear that our agencies shared similar values, talent levels and commitment to excellence,” said Blasevick. “We also noticed some significant differences that, for lack of a better term, could ‘complete’ each other. Today, after a full year of proving this theory to the benefit of our clients and our teams, we are thrilled to announce the official union of The S3 Agency and McMillan.”
